A fundamental pillar of the process we developed is the Partner Service Center team, where our qualified colleagues provide support for the operation of already implemented ERP solutions through and innovative customer service portal to ensure that everyday operation is smooth and our partners can use our solutions with confidence, continuously adapting to the changing environment, realizing their innovative ideas.
It is one of our aims to provide, as quickly and with as few iterations as possible, solutions to arising needs that our partners will be satisfied with in the long term. Our administrative processes, the supporting IT systems and testing procedures have been devised so that we can reach this goal, while we continuously measure our performance. In order to improve the quality of our services, we always ask for feedback from our clients about our support activities, and based on this we develop our methodology and our processes so that we can be a supporting partner of Hungarian companies in the future as well.
